Mark Whittle is currently the Head of Employment for EMEA at TP ICAP and has accumulated extensive experience in employment law throughout their career. They have served in various legal roles, including as Employment Counsel at JLT Group and Director of Employment Counsel EMEA at UBS. Their expertise includes defending claims in Employment Tribunals and providing comprehensive support on employment law issues, such as drafting contracts, managing grievances, and advising on restructuring processes.
