Previously, Melvin T. held the position of Regional Head of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Misys from April 2001 to June 2010, a global leader in banking software with a workforce of 4,500 employees. Prior roles also include Regional Head of Human Resources at Marconi PLC, a telecommunications leader, and Human Resources Director at ST Telemedia. Melvin T. started a career at Seagate Technology as Senior Human Resources Manager from January 1993 to July 1998, contributing to the operations of the world's largest disk drives manufacturer.
