Michael Ball is currently the EMEA Head of Operations Risk at TP ICAP, a position held since 2025. Previously, Michael worked at TP ICAP as the Settlements Operations Manager from 2022 to 2025, after serving as an Operations Analyst at Citi from 2011 to 2020. Michael’s early career included roles as a sales assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN from 2007 to 2009 and as an online resource developer at the University of Ulster in 2009-2010. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Ulster, earned in 2011.
