Peter Bauer

Peter Bauer is a results-focused global HR business partner with a proven track record in blue-chip organizations. They served as the Senior Director and Chief of Staff for Human Resources at FINRA from 2010 to 2022. Prior to that, Peter held various HR roles at TIAA and MetLife, later becoming a Managing Director at BlackRock from 2003 to 2010. Currently, they are the Head of HR Advisory for the Americas at TP ICAP and the Managing Director for Global Head of Human Resources Business Partners at The Citco Group Limited, while pursuing a BS in Management from Kean University and an MS in Business & HR from Capella University.
