Stephen Walsh has extensive experience in IT support roles, currently serving as the EMEA IT Service Desk Team Lead at TP ICAP since June 2019, with previous positions as Senior Service Desk Analyst and Service Desk Analyst. Prior to TP ICAP, Stephen worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Tech Mahindra and as a Customer Service Representative at RBS. Stephen also has a background in software support from a role at Three Software Ltd. In addition to the IT sector, Stephen gained customer service experience as a bartender at Cushendall Sailing and Boating Club from June 2011 to May 2019. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Technologies from Ulster University, completed between 2014 and 2018.
