Tom Donovan

Tom Donovan is a seasoned professional in the oil brokerage industry, currently serving as the Desk Head for the global Middle Distillate desk at TP MOAB, part of the TP ICAP group. They have played a significant role in building and scaling platforms covering European and Asian distillates, with a focus on fostering a high-performance team culture. Previously, Tom made a notable impact as a Senior Gasoil Broker at Oil Brokerage Ltd, where they founded the Gasoil Cracks Desk and contributed to the firm's expansion. Tom began their career as a Junior Broker at ICAP and also gained early experience as a Kitchen Manager at Nuffield Health while pursuing education at DLD College London and Trinity School of John Whitgift.
