Nermien Emad is currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at TP Infinity's Customer Experience Innovation Center as a Technical Product Manager since January 2023, after a similar role at IST Networks from July 2018 to May 2025, where significant contributions included developing enterprise-scale B2B products for EMEA and Asia, and designing product road maps and features based on market analysis. Previously, Nermien led a research and development team at IST Networks, established the Customer Experience Innovation Center, and developed robust software solutions, while earlier experience included co-founding Rashdan Information Technology and leading efforts to create an ERP solution for a coffee producer. Nermien holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Cairo University and is currently pursuing a degree in AI Product Management from Duke University.
