Alper Bayer

Alper Bayer has extensive experience in the role of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) across various companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as CRO at TP-OTC since August 2025, Alper previously held the CRO position at SLB from September 2022 to August 2025, where involvement included the Sakarya Gas Field project. Prior to that, Alper's career included roles as CRO at BOTAŞ International, where responsibilities encompassed the BTC Crude Oil Pipeline PT1 Pump Station from March 2005 to September 2022, and at Limak Enerji from March 2001 to February 2005 for the Hamitabat Power Plant, as well as with Zorlu Energy Group for the Luleburgaz Power Plant from February 1997 to February 2001. Alper's educational background includes studies at Anadolu University and Atatürk Üniversitesi.
