Bingül

Cem Bingül is a Master Mariner and Unlimited DPO with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Beginning their career at Geden Lines, Cem quickly advanced to the role of Senior Officer/Master, operating various ship equipment. After five years as a Marine Superintendent at Ciner Ship Management, overseeing a fleet and managing various operational aspects, Cem transitioned back to sea. Currently, Cem works as a DPO on the DP3 drill ship DS Yavuz, contributing to the Turkish National Gas Project and performing essential rig acceptance tests and underwater operations. Cem holds a degree in Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi.
