Gokten Cinar

Gokten Cinar is a managing director with over a decade of experience in the upstream petroleum industry, specializing in offshore platform management and EPC projects. They have demonstrated expertise in asset integrity, reliability engineering, and capital expenditure evaluation while successfully building high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Founding Manager at TP-OTC, Gokten oversees a multi-cultural team and has achieved significant milestones in operational excellence in the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions. Gokten earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University.
