Ian Wallace

Ian Wallace is an experienced quality professional with a comprehensive background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a SURF Quality Representative at TP-OTC since March 2022, Ian has held various roles including Offshore Company Representative at GAZ-SYSTEM and Senior QC/Site Representative at WIS Ltd and Sapura Energy Berhad. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior QC and Quality Engineer at Shell, and Quality Specialist for the Bureau Veritas/Exxon Mobile BRUA Project. Additionally, Ian has worked as a Client Senior Inspector for Applus+ on the Johan Sverdrup Project and as a QC Engineer for INTECSEA on the South Stream project. Ian's career began with roles at TOTAL and BP, with a foundational education from Kirkland High School, complemented by a City & Guilds qualification in Welding & Materials.
