Vik Solovej is a seasoned marine professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the drilling industry. Vik served as Marine Section Leader at Seadrill from June 2008 to August 2022 and held the role of OIM at both Seadrill and VANTAGE DRILLING from August 2022 to August 2023. Additionally, Vik worked as an OIM at Pelago Management and is currently in the same position at TP-OTC since July 2025. In July 2023, Vik also took on the role of Onshore Marine Supervisor at Seadrill Europe Management AS. Vik's educational background includes a degree from the Lithuanian Maritime Academy.
