Chelsea Carson has extensive experience in innovation, operations, and product design, currently serving as Innovation Lead and Innovation & Operations Director at T&P since August 2020, after previously holding the position of Creative Operations / Services Director. Chelsea also founded Stride, a social fitness app, where the role of Product Owner and Product Designer has been fulfilled since February 2022. A background in Agile Transformation was established as Transformation Lead within the NatWest Group in-house team. Past roles include Production Lead at Tag and Development Lead at MRD WEB + Digital Marketing, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Visual Art and Design from Eastern Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Applied Social Sciences, along with additional study in Psychology from Massey University.
