Graham Cassidy

Graham Cassidy is an experienced Business Director and Delivery Lead at The&Partnership since September 2019, overseeing a team of over 100 professionals for NatWest. Prior professional experience includes serving as Communications Manager at Standard Life Aberdeen, where responsibilities included enhancing customer communications and managing change projects, as well as a secondment as Senior Proposition Manager focused on retirement propositions. Previous roles include Campaign Manager at Sainsbury's Bank, responsible for multi-channel marketing campaigns, and Marketing Manager at Alliance Trust Savings, where marketing efforts supported sales teams. Graham Cassidy also represented One Young World as an ambassador at the Johannesburg Conference in 2013 and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in History and Politics from the University of Dundee.
