Kathryn Phillips

Kathryn Phillips is an experienced Strategy Director currently at The&Partnership since January 2023 and co-founder of Well & Truly Workshops since October 2019, where focus is on holistic wellbeing and productivity programs for businesses. With a decade of international experience, Kathryn served as Strategy Director for Freelance Marketing and Creative Services from June 2019 to April 2023, and previously at Grey Group from October 2015 to May 2019, driving impactful strategies for notable brands such as Hasbro and Sheraton. Kathryn's career began with a fellowship at WPP, followed by roles at AKQA and The Partners, contributing to a diverse portfolio that enhances brand and communications strategy globally. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
