Lee Manton is a seasoned Creative Director with extensive experience in building creative teams and advocating for inclusivity in advertising. Currently serving as Creative Director for T&Pš, Lee has successfully established a social-first creative department and led initiatives like the Vuse x McLaren Driven By Change platform, which champions underrepresented creators.
