Priya Pallan

Priya Pallan is an experienced leader in diversity, inclusion, and community engagement, currently serving as the Inclusion & Impact Lead at T&P𝑚, where responsibility includes developing DE&I strategies for the UK. Previously, Priya held the position of Global Inclusion and Engagement Lead at WPP, facilitating diversity initiatives within a global workforce. Priya's background includes significant roles such as Community Engagement & Impact Lead at Imperial College London and DE&I and Community Engagement Freelance Trainer at the Wellcome Genome Campus. Additionally, Priya has provided strategic counsel to Hammersmith & Fulham Council and developed Brunel University London's first Engagement Strategy while holding management roles that significantly increased community volunteering. Priya's academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a degree in Law from Brunel University.
