Rob Payne

Rob Payne is an experienced client leader currently serving as the Client Lead for NatWest at The&Partnership since March 2022, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 100 professionals. Previously, Rob founded Mojo Filter Ltd, launching The Million Gardens Movement in collaboration with Kimbal Musk and Frank Guistra. Rob's tenure includes significant roles at Mother, leading global accounts such as Baileys and Superdry, and at VCCP, where revenue for O2 increased by 20% through strategic rebranding and sponsorship campaigns. Additionally, Rob was a business leader at Karmarama, managing a successful team for the BBC, and served as a Senior Account Director at TBWA\London, handling major international accounts including PlayStation. Rob began a career in account management at Da Costa and Co, working on the Brita Water Filters European account. Education was completed with a BA Hons in Business Studies from Staffordshire University.
