Tracy-Lee Ellis

Tracy-Lee Ellis is an accomplished Creative Services Manager with extensive experience in project management and creative delivery across multiple prominent agencies. Currently serving at T&P𝑚 since November 2022, Tracy-Lee previously held similar roles at BBDO Group Germany and Proximity WW, where responsibilities included managing integrated advertising campaigns and overseeing creative quality. Early career experience includes positions as Creative Group Head at Geometry Global and Senior Art Director at Ogilvy, where projects for high-profile clients such as Vodafone South Africa and Mondelez were executed. Tracy-Lee's background also includes significant roles in graphic design and studio management, supported by a BA in Information Design Honours from the University of Pretoria.
