Jiri Horak is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology and finance. Currently serving as an Advisory Board member and investor at Carmine Finance since September 2023, Jiri focuses on risk management in crypto and blockchain solutions for global insurance frameworks. Prior to this, Jiri held the roles of COO, CTO, and Managing Director at TP24 from February to November 2024, and Managing Director at Creative Dock in Switzerland from January 2019 to April 2021, successfully establishing the brand and generating significant revenue. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at KPMG Switzerland, where Jiri led the liquidity practice for G-SIBs clients, and working in Strategy & Consulting at Accenture, addressing various financial transformation and crypto-related topics. Jiri holds a Master’s degree in Probability, Mathematical Statistics, and Econometrics from Charles University in Prague, as well as a Master’s in Economics from University CEIS Tor Vergata.
