Lawrence Close

Lawrence Close is an experienced construction project manager currently working at TPC Group since July 2017. Prior to this role, Lawrence held various positions at LyondellBasell from December 2004 to June 2016, including Manager of Site Improvements and Operations Manager for a significant olefins pre-construction capital project, which involved the planning and installation of new equipment and infrastructure prior to a scheduled turnaround. Earlier in Lawrence's career, roles included Production Superintendent at Quantum & Millennium from January 1989 to December 2004 and work at Northern Petro Chemical from July 1973 to December 1985. Lawrence completed studies at Illinois Valley Community College from 1972 to 1973.
