Chandan Singh has extensive experience in customer services and key customer management, having held leadership roles at Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd and TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited. Chandan was the Head of Group for Customer Services at Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd from 2019 to 2020 and previously served as the Head of Group for Electrification and Shifting from 2012 to 2015. They also contributed to the SAP IS-U Core Team and served in consumer relation management roles within Tata Power from 2009 to 2012. Chandan holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a B.Com (P) from Delhi University.
