TPE Coaching & Consulting engineers leadership. We don't just talk about it.

Founded by Erika Obando, M.C.L.C. (ICF-accredited Master Certified Life Coach), TEDx speaker, and author of "Without a Voice," TPE partners with law firms, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, government agencies, and growth-stage companies to solve the leadership problems that quietly erode performance: high performers promoted without leadership readiness, communication breakdowns that slow decisions and increase costly mistakes, and culture gaps exposed by growth, mergers, or generational change.

Our services include:

- Executive and one-on-one coaching for high-responsibility roles
- Leadership training programs for new and emerging leaders
- Team culture development, organizational alignment, and culture-reset workshops
- Workforce assessments that match candidates and current team members to the demands of a role before you hire, not after
- Crisis communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) keynotes, executive roundtables, and leadership intensives

Client results include measurable financial impact: one engagement contributed $1M+ in new revenue through confidence and communication coaching, and another recovered an estimated $18,200 in annual overtime and productivity savings while avoiding $40,000 to $75,000 in leadership-replacement costs.

Erika brings 17 years of legal industry experience and a personal story of resilience to every engagement. TPE is a certified minority-owned and woman-owned business with an integrated network of licensed mental health, fractional COO, and executive search partners for organizations that need support beyond training.

If disengaged leadership, communication strain, or culture misalignment is costing your organization performance, let's talk about what structured leadership development looks like for your team.
