Troy Hartmann has extensive experience in sports marketing and sales. Troy started their career as a Marketing Assistant at the University of Connecticut in 1996. Troy then held various roles at Miami University, including Director of Marketing & Corporate Relations and Assistant Athletic Director - Corporate Relations. During their time at Miami University, they significantly increased corporate partner revenue and developed lasting relationships with over 70 corporate partners. Troy also worked as the General Manager of RedHawk Sports Marketing, where they led sponsorship marketing efforts and managed client relationships. After that, they joined IMG College - U. of Tennessee as a Senior Account Executive/Director of Signage, where they were responsible for prospecting, soliciting, closing, and servicing clients. Troy then worked at the Sports Fan Marketing Group - Capitol Broadcasting Company as a Senior Marketing Strategist, specializing in integrated sports marketing strategies. Following that, they served as the Managing Director at the j. simms agency, offering traditional advertising agency services and introducing a nationwide SMS text messaging platform. Troy then worked as the Vice President at Scholastic Sports Marketing, developing comprehensive marketing programs and revenue enhancement strategies. Currently, they are the Director of National Sales at TPG, where they focus on relationship building, client development, and service for high school marketing partners.

Troy Hartmann's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Dakota State University. Troy also holds a Masters degree in Sports Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
