Eric Deladoëy

Eric Deladoëy is currently the Head of PMO at TPG Public Transport of Geneva, where they manage the enterprise project portfolio and develop project management methodologies. With past experience as a Project Manager at Generali and a Project Office Manager at Generali Insurance Ltd, Eric has a strong background in project governance, team coaching, and the implementation of project management standards. They have also served as the President of the Association PMO Romand since 2023. Eric's career began at La Mobilière, where they successfully managed various projects, including enterprise rebranding and the development of digital services.
