William Locher

William Locher is currently a material rolling planner at SBB CFF FFS and an administrative officer for the Commune de Chêne-Bougeries. Additionally, they serve as a member of the Board of Directors for tpg transports publics genevois since 2025. Previously, William held positions as a project engineer at SMA (France) SAS and as a strategic planning specialist at SBB CFF FFS, where they focused on long-term planning for various Swiss cantons. William earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Wien.
