Ashleigh Blaylock

Ashleigh Blaylock is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate restructuring and transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at TPG since March 2016, Ashleigh has a strong background in advising clients in complex corporate matters. Prior roles include Counsel in Financial Restructuring at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from March 2010 to February 2016, and Corporate Restructuring Associate at both Kirkland & Ellis LLP and DLA Piper US LLP. Ashleigh holds a JD and LLM in Bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law and a BA in Leadership Studies and Rhetoric & Communications Studies from the University of Richmond.
