Bailey Daar

Bailey Daar is currently a Senior Advisor at TPG Capital, specializing in human capital strategies for TPG Rise/Climate. Previously, Bailey held various roles at Spencer Stuart, including Analyst and Associate positions across different practices, and provided strategic talent leadership at Facebook. Bailey also served as Vice President of Talent at Generate, a leader in sustainable infrastructure investment, where they focused on talent management and employee engagement. Bailey pursued studies in the LAMP program and Japanese at Indiana University Bloomington, and is actively continuing education through Semester At Sea.
