Chanel Lim

Chanel Lim currently serves as the Director of Operations at TPG since July 2024 and has been a member of the Board of Directors at Children's Wishing Well since 2019, contributing to the non-profit organization's efforts to support low-income families. Previously, Chanel held the position of Head of People Operations at Clermont Group, leading HR for a prominent private investment firm in Asia from 2021 until July 2024. As Chief People Officer at GoBear from 2019 to 2021, Chanel contributed to the company's growth as a financial services provider across several countries in Asia. Chanel's extensive experience at Willis Towers Watson spanned nearly two decades, encompassing roles from Director to Consultant, focusing on human capital and benefits over various regional projects and transformations. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Malaysia and prior studies at Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and Chong Hwa Independent High School.
