Charles Wehbe

Charles Wehbe currently serves as Principal and Deputy General Counsel for TPG's Growth funds, bringing extensive experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions to the role. Prior positions include Director and Associate General Counsel at TPG, and Partner and Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where Charles specialized in private equity and M&A transactions. Previous secondments include TPG Growth & Impact and Brookfield Special Investments, along with earlier work as an Associate at Hogan Lovells and Clifford Chance, where Charles was involved in private equity and M&A in both Sydney and Singapore. Charles holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Macquarie University, along with additional degrees from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and the University of Vienna.
