Heather Altman is a seasoned people strategy leader with over 10 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and workforce transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Capital at TPG, Heather advises investors and portfolio companies on talent acquisition and human capital strategies. Previously, at Bain & Company, they led teams in designing and implementing strategies in organizational design and workforce planning. Heather earned a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where they also conducted research on workplace culture and collaboration.
