Hugh Pearce

Hugh Pearce is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President at TPG since October 2021. Prior to this role, Pearce spent over three years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where experience included positions as Investment Banking Associate and Investment Banking Analyst within the EMEA Energy Group, as well as a summer internship in the EMEA Natural Resources Group. Earlier, Pearce contributed as a Student Consultant with The Student Consultancy, assisting a local startup in developing a customer feedback system, and completed an internship in Corporate Finance at Shore Capital. Academic credentials include a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, complemented by secondary education at Eton College.
