Janice Wu

Janice Wu currently serves as the General Counsel for Asia Pacific at TPG since April 2022. Prior to this role, Janice held the position of Co-Head of IPO Vetting within the Listing Division at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited from September 2020 to April 2022. Janice's previous experience at TPG Global includes roles as General Counsel for Infrastructure and Deputy General Counsel for Asia Pacific from August 2011 to September 2020. Additionally, Janice worked at Morgan Stanley as Vice President from May 2008 to August 2011, and began a legal career at Linklaters as an Associate from March 2003 to May 2008. Janice holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oxford.
