Kristin Richards

Kristin Richards is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience in private equity and executive recruiting. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Capital at TPG Growth & RISE Fund since February 2016, Kristin has held various leadership roles within TPG, including Director and Vice President. Prior to this, Kristin was Vice President of Talent at Greylock Partners from December 2013 to January 2016. Kristin's career also includes significant tenure at Spencer Stuart, where multiple positions were held from January 1997 to October 2013, and a role as Director of Executive Recruiting at Accel-KKR from June 2000 to June 2004. Kristin Richards earned a degree from the University of California, Davis.
