Lauren Heller

Lauren Heller (Brickman) is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Managing Director at TPG since October 2024. Heller has held several board observer roles at Monogram Health, Mindful Health Solutions, and Clever Care Health Plan since 2020. Previously, Heller was Vice President Talent and Director Talent at Norwest Venture Partners from February 2020 to October 2024, following a position as Talentist at Talentism LLC from September 2019 to August 2020. Heller also served as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives at CareMore Health from July 2017 to December 2019. Earlier roles include Director at Oxeon Partners from January 2014 to June 2017 and Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine from May 2009 to May 2011.
