Malcolm Bird is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Toybox Labs and maintaining advisory roles at Integrated Media, TPG Global, and The Center For Communication. Bird previously launched several successful networks, including major teen and children’s online destinations and held key leadership positions at Nickelodeon and AOL, where they significantly increased the value of youth-focused services. Bird has received two Emmy awards among various accolades throughout a distinguished career, which also includes founding The Viddiverse, a COPPA-compliant video social network for tweens. Bird's educational background includes attendance at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.
