Maz Kothari

Maz Kothari is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Internal Audit at TPG since April 2022, Kothari previously held the position of Managing Director and Audit Senior Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 2010 to April 2022. Prior roles include Manager - Financial Services at West Monroe Partners and Senior Consultant at EY, as well as auditor positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank One. Kothari holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1999 and 2003.
