Michael Fu, CFA, is a seasoned managing director and head of Risk Analytics & Solutions at TPG, specializing in fixed income products such as securitized and corporate credit. They have extensive experience in risk management across both buy side and sell side environments, with hands-on expertise in market, liquidity, counterparty, and model risks. Previously, they held significant roles at firms like American Express, Morgan Stanley, and Ford Motor Company, where they contributed to risk quantification and management strategies. Michael is also pursuing multiple degrees at the University of Michigan, including a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with high distinction.
