Michael Woolhouse

Michael Woolhouse is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Co-Managing Partner at TPG GP Solutions, a position held since August 2020, Michael previously held multiple leadership roles at CPP Investments from 2007 to August 2020, including Managing Director of Secondaries and Co-Investments. Notable achievements include leading a secondaries mandate to invest between $2-4 billion annually and expanding the passive co-invest program from $300 million to $4 billion in three years. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at TD Securities, AXA, Bain & Company, and Salomon Brothers, accumulating significant expertise in M&A, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Michael Woolhouse holds an M.B.A. from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Haskayne School of Business.
