Michelle G.

Michelle G. serves as the Senior Director and Head of Workday at TPG, overseeing Workday, HRIS, and International Payroll since January 2021, after previously holding the role of Director. Additionally, Michelle G. has been a Notary Public for the State of Texas since March 2009, performing various duties such as witnessing signatures and administering oaths. Prior to TPG, Michelle G. accumulated extensive experience at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where roles ranged from Director of HRIS to HR Assistant across various HR functions from February 2006 to January 2021. Michelle G. holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Executive Strategy from Capella University and an MBA as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, along with an Associate degree in Humanities from Dallas College.
