Narendra Pathipati

Narendra "Pat" Pathipati currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nella Holdings and as a Senior Advisor at TPG. Previously, Pathipati was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Boyd Group from January 2015 to December 2022 and held the position of Director on the Board of Directors at Sutter Health Valley Area from 2011 until December 2021. Pathipati's experience includes pivotal roles at Teichert, Inc., Continental Tire North America, Inc., and Acadio Corporation, among others. Additionally, Pathipati has served on various advisory boards, including the Board of Advisors for Drexel University's Sacramento Campus and the Advisory Board for Wells Fargo in Northern & Central California. Pathipati holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
