Natalie Báez

Natalie Báez is a finance professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in Platform Finance - Capital at TPG since July 2025. Prior experience includes working at PGIM from October 2021 to July 2025 in various roles including Associate Manager and Specialist in Investment Operations. Natalie began career at SS&C Technologies as an Associate in Fund Administration and has also held positions at TD as a Customer Service Representative and Teller, as well as leadership roles at Starbucks as Shift Supervisor and Barista. An early internship in Accounts Payable was completed at Passaic County Technical Institute. Natalie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Rutgers Business School with a focus on Finance and Leadership & Strategy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Legal Studies from the same institution.
