Sophia O'Malley

Sophia (Favia) O'Malley is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Associate at TPG after progressing from the role of Associate in the same field. Prior experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at both Brown Brothers Harriman and Jonathan Rose Companies. Sophia began the career journey with internships at DEVRIES GLOBAL and the World Affairs Council of Northern California, focusing on public relations and content management, respectively. Sophia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Bucknell University, attended from 2012 to 2016, and is a graduate of Convent of the Sacred Heart High School, completing studies there from 2008 to 2012.
