Ted Russell serves as President of RUSSELL PC since 2018, overseeing strategic advisory and legal services focused on various verticals, including advising both early- and late-stage companies on market strategies, infrastructure, capital raising, and exits. In addition to leadership at RUSSELL PC, Ted Russell holds multiple board and advisory positions at companies such as Phoenix Global, Coframe, SUP3R, Inc., TPG, Cendana Capital, Vine Alternative Investments, Capacitor Studios, and iQor. Notably, Ted Russell was part of the founding team at Autograph, where contributions as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Business Officer included launching a premier digital asset market backed by notable board members and advisors. Academic credentials include an MBA in Corporate Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a JD from USC Gould School of Law, and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
