Whitney Cook

Whitney Cook is currently the Vice President of Compensation at TPG, a role they have held since 2026. Prior to this, Whitney served as a Senior Associate in Compensation at TPG, as well as an M&A Incentives Advisor at Jamieson Corporate Finance from 2022 to 2024. Whitney gained valuable experience through various positions, including internships at Compensation Advisory Partners and the American Red Cross. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's ILR School and is pursuing a Geography major at McGill University.
