You Hao Ng

You Hao (Aiden) Ng is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance, portfolio management, and business operations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at TPG, Aiden previously held the position of Associate in Portfolio Management at Affirma Capital, where responsibilities included valuations and fundraising. As a Co-Founder of Surrey Hills Grocer, Aiden successfully expanded the business to four outlets with significant annual revenue. Aiden has also served as Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Select Group Limited, managing the overall P&L for the Indonesia business unit, and gained early experience as a Private Equity Intern at Standard Chartered Bank. Aiden holds dual degrees in Economics and Business Administration (Finance) from the National University of Singapore and has a background as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces.
