Devika Nayak is currently the Associate General Counsel at TPG, specializing in private equity and M&A law. They began their legal career as an intern at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co and have since held various intern and senior associate positions at AZB & Partners and J. Sagar Associates. Devika obtained a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University, Delhi, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.

The Mumbai office focuses on investment management and portfolio operations, supporting TPG's growth initiatives in India.
