Amy Major

Amy Major is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer success across various industries, including technology, healthcare, and education. Currently serving as Practice Manager for Expert Services at TPGi, Amy previously held the position of Senior Project & Customer Success Manager at Level Access, where responsibilities included leading initiatives for enterprise clients. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager for Digital Accessibility Services at The Ohio State University, where Amy contributed to the university's Digital Accessibility Policy, and Associate Director at the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security, overseeing numerous grant-funded projects. Amy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State University.
