Bill Simms

Bill Simms currently serves as the Partnership and Affiliate Manager for Apex Learning Virtual School at Edmentum, beginning in August 2024. Additionally, Bill Simms holds the position of Executive Director of Academics at Total Package Hockey since April 2018, overseeing multiple academy locations across the United States. Bill Simms is also the President of TutorPlus, Inc., where a focus is placed on academic consulting, coaching, and advocacy. Previously, Bill Simms worked as Principal at Lee M. Thurston High School from June 2009 to June 2018, and prior to that held the role of Assistant Principal in the same school from July 1997 to May 2009. Bill Simms earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School and holds degrees in Political Science, English, and History from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, along with a secondary teaching certificate.
