TPH Project Solutions delivers regulator ready route planning, drone corridor mapping, and logistics documentation for oversized and overmass freight across Australia.
Founded by Theo Hennen, with over 20 years of hands on experience in heavy transport, crane lifts, and mobilisation planning, TPH was created to solve a persistent problem in high risk freight: bottlenecks caused by missing permits, poor route validation, and last minute red tape.

Our approvals first approach integrates compliance into every stage of the planning process. We scope jobs properly, identify risks early, and ensure projects move forward through the right approvals the first time.

Core services include:
• Transport Management Plans (TMPs) outlining traffic control, escort requirements, and logistics for project approval
• Route feasibility and compliance scoping to assess regulatory and physical constraints
• Swept path analysis and terrain reviews to confirm safe, viable access for oversized loads
• High resolution drone corridor mapping with GIS overlays, KMZ, and CAD ready outputs
• Mobilisation planning and logistics oversight from scope to execution
• Permit documentation and WHS compliance to meet transport and workplace safety standards
• Stakeholder coordination with councils, ports, TMR, and enforcement agencies

Industries served:
Civil infrastructure | Mining and resources | Energy (including renewables) | Heavy manufacturing | Port and transport operators

At TPH Project Solutions, we believe that planning is more than paperwork. It is the foundation for safe, efficient, and compliant mobilisation. Whether you are delivering mining modules, wind turbines, or plant equipment, we help you move with confidence, clarity, and compliance across Australia.
